Anybody knows, can I drive 5*Cree XP-G R5 in parallel with this driver?

In parallel won't work, but in serial should. 5* 3,4V= 17V, what's ecactly in it's range.
I just ordered one for this combination and will try it.

At a short test at 230V AC this device drove 5 XP-G's in serial with a current of 1070 mA at 15.9 V.
I can't say anything about reliability. I want tu use it in an outside applikation, but its not easy to find a case that fits.
Later I will also test efficiency.

Would it be ok to use this with only 4 XP-Gs?
I need to power 8 XP-Gs from 230VAC at around 1-1.2A and thinking of using two of this driver - 4 Leds each.
I also wonder if you already have any efficiency numbers?
