    The ETA of orders without tracking code for Brazilian users is 2-8 weeks.
    If you don't receive parcel within this period,please contact us for further checking,but please remember before you consult us,you have to contact your local post office to check.
    If no news from your post office,We have our internal logistics system.
    If our post office confirm it is lost,we will make compensation. Please wait for the news.

    I'll have my maternity leave from next week(my baby will be born in a mo
    nth), and I may be back to office a
    round mid-December.

    Hello,

    I just want to share some experience, I hace ordered more than 15 times, all with tracking numeber, I live in Colombia and the orders with tracking number arrives in a month aproximately.


    In Juli 2016, I made an order ($26USD) 6 different items, 3 days after I made the order DX shipped 3 items with tracking number, This package arrived after a month. But the other 3 items were send in 3 different shipments, 1 or 2 days between each of them. Those shipments didn't have tracking number, arrived 3 months after order was placed (not in the same day). I was already making a ticket request asking for the money or something.. when items started to arrive. 

    Conclusion: 

    -With tracking number: have a little patience

    -Without tracking number: have a loooot of patience.

    -Nice DX support

    -Time waiting worth it.

    Hi!  I've ordered the eachine elphie drone which I ordered on 3Dec. Now its 23Dec. Please help DX iam worried about my item.

    Your order was reshipped on Dec 6 with a tracking number RU117***561NL via NL post. You can track it via http://www.17track.net/en . It usually takes about 2-4 weeks for delivery. Please wait for it with patience. Thanks.
