    Speeding up the order processing has become the most important work at DealExtreme.com right now. Due to the Chinese New Year holiday, thousands of orders are pending and delayed.

    To deal with the increasing orders and to address your concerns voiced on Facebook and in the forums, DX has taken a series of measures such as enlarging the warehouse, streamlining processing, and enhancing the methods of delivery. As you can see, a new warehouse was built to increase inventory.

    For those that have placed orders during the vacation and have yet to receive it, we sincerely apologize for the delay of your goods. Your complaints are warranted. We are working day and night to prepare the shipments.

    Every package must be accurately weighed and recorded.

    Even though time is tight, from packaging to shipping, every procedure is still under careful supervision and control as usual to satisfy our customers. Perhaps after our staff’s hard work, your order is already on its way home. Shipping takes time, after all.
