    Glad that i'm not the only one.
    We should try to claim atleast some discount, either their coupon system was not working properly or their info was wrong.

    Darkblade48, I also had the same experience. I started a livechat with support about my cart contents disappearing, and then:

    Gavin: Please hold on for a moment while I check on that for you.
    CompWiz17: thank you
    You are not currently in a chat session.

    He hung up on me. I still have the window open in case he would be able to still respond to it, but it's been a couple hours.

    I opened up a second live chat window and put in the question field that I had been speaking to Gavin, and would like to continue, but I haven't gotten any response there at all. It's been about a couple hours on that window, with no response.

    Customer support should not be hanging up on customers. That is clearly rude.

    As I've stated before, DX should offer a 20% off coupon that's valid for the next couple days to everyone, to somewhat make up for the horrible experience almost everyone had here trying to use their site.

    Ridiculous. The representatives are either repeating excuses (you aren't fast enough!) or end just leaving the chat room. Quite inexcusable.

    I'm not even sure if I should start a CSE ticket; will it get anywhere? I have all the proof (pictures of cart before applying coupon, after applying coupon, Paypal showing it to be $99.99 instead of the discounted price, even the chat logs from the conversation with the CSE representative). Do I have a case?

    DX should offer some kind of compensation but do you think they will? Probably not.
