eud.dx.com status impossible to know

    10 days ago I made a purchase with the order number 141016135026109066
    On the web site specifies that handling time is 2-4 business days and my order has not changed its State.
    They buy from china sold above?
    So better specified in the page and we´ll buy directly from other suppliers.
    I demand an answer.

    RC311114775NL is in transit now, then RC311133045NL was shipped on Oct.30, the shipping information will be updated online later. Because customs upgrade security check recently. Please wait patiently.

    I have some problem too.

    I have paid a phone, but
    the status order looks like this: "Cancelled                   (
    Refresh )                   Please click         Refresh after payment
    to update the status. Sometimes you need wait for a while because of
    the network latency."

    I`m confused, because I don`t cancelled that order/payment. I allready pay this comand.

    Hi, I ordered an LeTV smartphone and it said handling time 2-4 days. Since it is already past that and order still says only paymentconfirmed... Could you please check into that?

    I cannot know the status of my order on eu.dx. still the same message appears. (Please click Refresh after payment to update the status. Sometimes you need wait for a while because of the network latency.) There is no need of refreshed the page because nothing does change. 

    How know the status of my order?
