Not getting emails when orders sent.

    About "not getting emails when orders sent" problem,IT guys are checking it and it has been fixed. Could you please keep an eye on it in the near future?


    Regarding the real Lumens of this item sku.331518, sabrina will confirm with  suppliers.


    I checked your last 5 orders,  they are all manually-created orders for cybermonday cash bidding.

    For this kind of orders, currently customers are unable to receive notification emails.

    IT engineers are fixing it. Could you please check your email box in 24 hours?

    round mid-December.
