Broken item and no solution

    Yes,we made a concession.

    According to our return policy, you should have sent the defective one back to us for replacement,but we sent you a new one for free.

    Hope for your understanding in advance.

    I ordered a lenovo a806 mobile 1 month ago. Everything seem to be ok, but when I put my sim card the screen became black with purple dots. After trying with no sim card the problem was not solved.So I follow the instractions from dx sending photos and filling the form. which was complicated. There have been two weeks and NO ANSWER! I even try to call but no answer again!What else can I do?No guarantees?So DISAPPOINTED!

    I've sent you this message via ticket for faster responce, but with no feedback from you. THe message was:

    "Dear Dx,
    I sent the mobile to a lenovo's professional technician for technical
    advise and service-if needed- as you recommended me. He told me that
    some mobiles have different frequencies that the ones we have in Greece.
    So I have a brand new mobile but useless for me. What can we do know?Do
    you want from me to send it to you back? Who will take the charge?
    Because I spend 100 Euros and 2 months with no reason. This is more than
    inconvenience.

    Ah, that mistake is on your end, not by DX.  DX mentions which frequencies the mobile works on, if you didn't nresearch or enquire about compatibility, you can't blame DX for that.


    useless for me. What can we do know?Do 
    you want from me to send it to you back? Who will take the charge? 

    Seeing as it's not a cheap product, you will have to send it back with original packaging, under normal circumstances you will be responsible for shipping charges as you made the mistake, not DX.


    Because I spend 100 Euros and 2 months with no reason. This is more than
    inconvenience.

    First of all why such an agreessive message? And why you isolate sentenses from my message? So when I sent you the photos as you asked- from the item I bought-why you didn't sent me any feedback from those?  You did't have any idea?

    NO.Instead you tell me to asked a technician from my country. So I did, and he told me as he -ONLY LOOKED AT THE SCREEN- that frequencies may be the problem. So for your company is enough to take that as an advantage for no guarantees.

    Voriki is just a customer like you,he isn't a DX staff. He just expressed his thoughts. Please don't worry.


    The reason why your ticket wasn't replied timely is staff who sent you the first email resigned her job for a long time. I've reported to our manager. Another staff will reply you in 24-48 hours.

    We will follow up on your case until it gets settled.
