I want my acc deletd/terms&conds changed without U

    Sorry for the inconvenience there caused.

    We are unable to delete customer's accounts. You can just stop using it. Please donot blame to live chat staff, as they just abide by the company rules.

    The part that says that you can have your account removed, I suppose.  But I'm sure there are sebveral other parts of the T&C DX doesn't honour.

    If the T&C have been changed without consent of the users, which is something a company should always inform. their customers about(!), the previous T&C should still be available somehow.  I never recall to have agreed to a change of the T&C.


    Can we have copiesof previous and DATES of the T&C and al its changes?

    The T&C have been changed  on several occasions(I hope you won't claim it was never changed), not being able to provide us with this information when it was changed, can have dire consequences for DX(for example, a company like Paypal wouldn't enjoy hearing things like this and could enforce penalties).


    http://www.dx.com/page-Conditions mentions revisions only at the return policy(last revision 30/08/2013), but for example section 9. Import Tax & VAT Insurance IS something I don't remember being an option in orders, and I ordered until 2014, so it was added afterwards.



    So since I'm used to repeating my statements over and over again to Lily and Crystal in my tickets(where I was lied to, and questions were ignored), I want copies of all previous versions of the T&C that DX maintains, and at which dates they were changed!

    Today I received an official notification from the top management that,IT Department are discussing whether to develop a new function for deleting customers' account.

    Maybe this function would be started to develop in the near future.

    @Happyvicky many customers would also like to be able to change their account email address.


    It would need to be done carefully to maintain security.
