Why Do I Have Issues With DX?

    My case is completely solved?  Because I now got compensated for lost packages after a lengthy battle with the lies of the CSE employees you think it's solved?


    I asked Lily what the official confirmation was of the postal office regarding my last lost package, and she said the "may be restricted by customs", may be?  That's another bull lie, that's not an official reply.  Belgian customs never even saw my package according to the investigation done by Belgian bpost.  So the money was returned but the lies continue,,you call this resolved?


    So hereby I ask you this SIMPLE QUESTION:

    Why does DX think it's correct towards their customers to motivate their employees to lie to customers?

    BTW, since you ticked " ship available items at first" option, your order was shipped in two packages.

    Express shipping:
    Express shipping can be purchased for most
    countries during checkout.  Purchasing express shipping only affects
    postal service mailing time, it does not affect DX processing time.

    Different
    countries will be shipped automatically with different available
    express, such as China Post EMS, Singapore Post EMS, TNT, DHL, TOLL etc.

    Note:  Partial shipments under $30 will be shipped with registered airmail.
    Post Partial shipments over $30 will be shipped with express service.

    I've explained it to you on March 16th.

    "Ticket-disappeared" issue

    To keep maintenance of
    system, the history tickets that are over one year were re-filed and
    deleted, and customer service supports have no right to check these
    history tickets. Only the responsible IT member can check them from
    database. We really apologize for any inconvenience caused.

    "140220001097600659" issue

    About
    this order 140220001097600659, Crystal didn't notice the shipment date
    of the package at the first time. You know sometimes when tickets are
    piled up, staff are very busy and likely to send a template mail. We
    have to admit that this is our fault, but later on Crystal realized what
    happened to your order and offered final compensation to your order.

    "160121001084170426" issue

    About
    the order 160121001084170426, we did request the responsible staff
    member to follow the package. As it has been shipped to overseas, the
    logistics company need more time to trace the package. We are unable to
    offer you the latest tracking information unless carrier reflect the
    update online. After all,finally we issued full refund for this order.

    Still the same words," We never let customers lose money with DX".
