Ulefone Armor 2 Problems and Nobody Responce!

    Is this swamped just for answering tickets???
    because I am writting posts about their disaster supporting system and they are DELETED!!

    Not enough staff for tickets, but just enough to keep every thing clean, for more robbery?

    This Alisa that you mentioned, is just sending me 2 answers: 1. reset factory. 2 reset phone by computer

    for 3 times!


    No body is listen to me. The phone is really really out of order!!!

    I want my money back!


    What should I do to return it?

    I want every body know that they are doing robbery!

    Is'nt it wired that live chat is not working, nobody is answering phones, and tickets are answering predefined answers?!

    these are tricks to theft our money!

    I tried to contact staff to help you because Im not staff myself, but I am the one who has to delete ALL the spam posts in my SPARE time! 


    FYI, I am a customer like you, and like you, I have been waiting for weeks to get an answer to my ticket too. Its very annoying, but I know spamming the forum will not help get my ticket answered any faster, so its a pointless exercise which could just end up getting you banned from the forum.

    They have read my ticket and this morning answer it again, but exactly same message, word by word was repeated!

    That says I have to do a reset factory!

    That is absolutely disgusting. You are abusing a fellow customer who has tried to help you, and accusing one of the most helpful people on the forum of lying and theft. You are showing disgusting behaviour.


    The spelling, punctuation and capitalisation is disgusting too. Why do you expect DX to help you before anyone else in the very long queue when you can't even be bothered typing clearly?
