Defective product received, Dx.com is not replying

    Hi Yolanda,

    The whole motherboard needs to be replaced, so it will be more cost effective when you send a new one, or give me a full refund so I can order a new (working) one with you.

    I think the controller is working fine, so is the battery.

    So you just have to send the drone not the controller\battery.

    I will throw this one in garbage after we have an agreement.

    I'm waiting for the response you've promised from your vendor so far. 

    I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible. 

    I have a product at home that has never been used due to a factory defect, that you have not given me a suitable solution until the present moment.  

    I would like to borrow my money back so that I can get another cell phone.

     But the procedure that your manufacturer advised me was already done on the first ticket.

    Porém o procedimento que o seu fabricante me aconselhou já foi feito no primeiro ticket.

Tente intender meu lado, eu comprei um produto     que me custou R$800,00 e não utilizei até o presente momento, não dá pra mexer em nada, fica dando mensagem de erro e         reinicia sozinho. Eu nem consegui fazer a configuração inicial e ja travou. Eu não tenho culpa se o celular veio com defeito e o     comprador não tem que ser lesado por um erro de fabricação. Eu preciso de outro celular ou do meu dinheiro de volta para que     eu possa comprar outro, pelo amor de Deus me ajude."

    Few weeks back I send the DOA drone to DX, and it has arrived in december. I send you all pics that confirm this.

    Now I am waiting quit long to receive my refund on my bankaccount.


    Can you please check what went wrong, and please tell me when DX is refunding the agreed amount.

    Não estou conseguindo acessar meu ticket, quando eu entro em "meu ticket" me manda para uma página que tem três opções: COMEÇAR COMPRANDO |  Mostrar minha Conta  |  Clique aqui para sair.


    Preciso muito resolver esta situação. Está claro que ele veio com defeito, pois nem utilizei e começou a dar problemas, primeiro foi as mensagens de mal funcionamento dos serviços do google. depois que eu restaurei os padrões de fabrica como vocês haviam me pedido ele começou a ficar com a tela duplicada e agora que eu fui ver para fazer o procedimento que vocês tinham me pedido, de atualizar o google ele simplesmente não ligou.


    Ah e mais uma coisa que eu estava vendo: Por que vocês não aprovaram minha avaliação do produto no site? eu dei uma estrela e disse os prós e contras, porém la só tem boas avaliações.

    I am not able to access my ticket, when I enter "my ticket" it sends me to a page that has three options: START BUYING | Show My Account | Click here to leave.


    I really need to resolve this situation. It is clear that it came with a defect, because I did not use it and started to give problems, first it was the messages malfunctioning google services. after I restored the factory defaults as you had asked me he started getting the duplicate screen and now that I went to see to do the procedure you guys had asked me, to update google he just did not call.


    Oh and one more thing I was seeing: Why did not you approve my product review on the site? I gave a star and said the pros and cons, but it only has good ratings.
