My DX.com account was deleted

    Hello, @Alisa-Deng

    Are there any updates?


    Yesterday I've somehow managed to log into my previous account through my phone, probably due to site bugs, but couldn't post anything anywhere.


    If the information it showed me was correct, my order  was still in shipment processing stage, I made more screenshots and downloaded an invoice.pdf; couldn't find a way to cancel my order, though.


    Now I can't get back into that account anymore.

    Is any information available? Anything? Order status? Is it already shipped? Refund/cancellation possibility? Expected date of arrival maybe?

    Got in contact with an incredibly helpful DX consultant at Facebook - they did everything they could, understood the nature of my issue and tried involving IT division to do something about my accounts.

    They couldn't fix my account, but I got order information and tracking number - the item has been shipped just recently. Currently on standby.

    Yes, I already got the information from a consultant at Facebook.

    Can't wait for the order to arrive.
