    I had the same problem. Got the product yesterday. There was a big stratch(around 2mm deep) through the menu button and the casing. On the side there were scratches, deep ones. It's a genuine one but it look like it's been through a rough time. Not something you expect from a "new" product. Already filled in a form but no response yet.

    UPDATE: 2 days later still no response of any kind.
