Missing order problem has been basically solved

    Yussef,
    did you create the DX account using the same e-mail you used when paying with PayPal?

    Did you receive a mail from PayPal about the transaction?

    Yes, I did use the same email address.
    No, I haven't got a mail from PayPal about the translation.
    Of cource I can't be certain if I've mistakenly deleted the PayPal mail, but I did not find it from my email trash folder either.

    For clarity, I have made 5 orders from deal extreme in addition to this one. All other orders have been processed normally.

    Same with me. E-mail from PayPal, but no confirmation email from DX and order not shown on My Account page. I already made ticket to DX, but I wonder how long it can take to find my order and process it? I have ordered some stuff for Christmas and hope to get it BEFORE xmas, not after, but now I have $271 spent and no idea about when I will get my order :(

    Are high priority for "no order on DX after payment" tickets and express-processing after order will be found still works or I will wait for 2 weeks and longer, as some people here?

    Yes, I have same e-mail in PayPal and DX account.
    Yes, I have already 7 orders completed, shipped and received, so this is not a problem with my PC or browser or user profile or something like this.

    Additionally, I have selected to use free upgrade EMS express instead of air mail, but it can cost me additional money (not a problem) and additional time for processing (time to measure weight of goods, to make bill for me because of EMS, to get payments from me), so:

    DX STUFF!!
    Please, send me my order by air mail instead of EMS if it will save me a day or more!
    Please, make me a gift - speed-up my order to allow me get my items before xmas! :)

    arhnick, don't close your tickets. Wait patiently until monday/tuesday and customer service will reply to you.
