Order marked as shipped at 1/20 but not tracked.

    My order 120117001011462452 is marked as shipped at 1/20/2012. But tracking number still not tracked by Hongkong Post: http://app3.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp (or any other tracking).

    At 2/1/2012 I was filed ticket via "DX Customer Service Express": (http://services.dealextreme.com/forms/OrderTracking.aspx?type=notrecevied) but get no response (six days passed).

    Looks like my order was never shipped. Is anybody from DX side want to communicate with customers?

    Same as me,
    My order is marked as shipped from the 12/22/2011, the T/N not online and Iam waiting for it over a month
    Unbelivable!
    The CSE not answering more than a week for my ticket, Im loosing my patience

    Today I have received my order. it is sent with another tracking number, not that I recived from DX.
