DX Never Forgets to Speed Up... | VIDEO+PICS

    Speeding up the order processing has become the most important work in DealExtreme.com now. Due to the Chinese New Year holiday, thousands of orders are under pending and delayed. To deal with the increasing orders and goods, DX has taken a series of measures such as enlarging the warehouse, enhancing the ways of delivering and so on, as soon as your voices about the orders on the forums and facebook were heard. As you can see, a new warehouse was built for more stocks.

    For those that have made orders during the vacation and have not got it, we sincerely apologize for the delay of your goods. Your complaints are comprehensible. We are working day and night to prepare for the shipment.

    Every package must be exactly weighed and recorded.
    Even though time is tight, from packaging to shipping, every procedure is still under careful supervision and control as usual to make our customers relieved. Perhaps after our staffs’ hard work, your order is already on the way home. Shipping takes time, after all.

    What SKU are the digital scales in the last pic? ;)

    Use reviews for different products that have not been bought
    by the person who wrote the review.

    Good point. An English (or Finnish) version would be nice to see. BTW, I'm subscribed - no @ needed.

    buildings constructed with money from people, and you NEVER shipped anything or answer anything. Do not put items if you do not have in stock, no longer taking orders if they can not fill orders.
    Answer the ticket.
    IS A DISASTER THE OPERATION OF DX.
    They party all year, stop living all year round holiday!!

    Some are wearing gloves and some not. Must be for sensitive hands then I guess, rather than for the benefit of the merchandise.

    The new jackets look good. That would be the Winter range. Will need to wait for the Summer range....

    Thank goodness that all of DX staff is back to work!
    Now I'll recieve my package and I'll stop seeing posts complaining about 'backorder'.
