The product has not arrived at my address, the seller confirms forwarding. Seller did not respond. I'm very bitter, and warn other customers!

At this time of the year, it is sadly not unusual for packages to take around 8 weeks to arrive sometimes.
Anyway, if it is lost, DX will resend or refund you.
There are ticket delays of about 2 weeks at the moment, you will get a reply.....eventually.

At the same time I ordered still another thing, especially through eBay and from various parts of the Earth. For now they all came, except one from Hong Kong but it immediately contacted the seller and sent out another brand.
It is poor consolation when I pass a longer period of 45 days, then I no longer have any protection through PayPal.
Apparently eBay is a lot safer for our customers (that's my opinion).

You don't need PP protection, as i already said DX will refund or resend if the package gets lost.

If you are requesting help on how to register lost packets:

http://services.dealextreme.com/ (is at the right-bottom of this page, as "Customer Service Express")

Then click "- Package not received 14 business days after shipment"
