    @PTibi we get the ARN number from our acquiring bank 75416382076100947364468. It will be more accurate for you to confirm with your bank. The ARN can only be got when the refund is done successfully by the acquiring bank.

    @DevasMIN the refund is done and you can check your paypal account later.

    @RafaGG I've handed your ticket to our staff that can help you and she will refund you the amount through money transfer. As I told you before, this way takes time. So please wait for it patiently.

    @CelticWarrior hi, Warrior. I got your meaning and I can deeply understand your feeling. Maybe there were some misunderstanding that were not clearly clarified during the procedure. Can you give me your previous order that the Meizu in? I will find out why they process that order like you described. Actually it's illegal that you do not notify you if they processed refund for you. BTW, the Meizu Phone seems like still out of stock currently.

    hi @CelticWarrior, sorry for late response. I got the details for the problems you ever met. DX processed refund for some orders that were not shipped for more than 2 months centrally. Before processing those orders, DX will send customers emails to inform them for the refund. Maybe some customers missed that email. I'm not quite so sure about more. Those are all I know as I'm not a customer service staff.

    As for your new order, it was shipped already. Hope you can get the item this time.
