    Hi i ordered some stuff 16.2.2012 and cancelled it because Status was BackOrder.
    i havent got my refunds yet so heres the Order Number: 120215001056759866 and its almost 2 weeks now. maby u can help meeee.

    hey, I ordered some products on the 19th and 23rd of January and the orders has been splitted, some products have already been shipped but some not, do you know something about it. Perhaps when they will be send.

    The ordernumbers are 120119001023494689 and 120123001043130272

    The product that are have not been send is: 80390

    Could you please do something about it or inform someone who can.

    I cancelled the Order # 120130001075023315 but i havent got my refund, also i created the ticket 99A96B4663280213.
