    My item was received damaged/faulty, and i wish to return for a full refund.

    I have opened CSE ticket (Ref: 94702E9F45D1493E ) but i have had no reply.

    Please look into this matter ASAP.

    I order multiple times before. However, I am sure that I am leaving DX extreme.
    They cannot reply to request of the date that back order can be filled. ABSOLUTE NO REPLY.

    This is no way to keep customer if DX cannot process customer request.

    I used paypal to pay for the items. I go to paypal to ask them to help resolving the item.

    @Tempp your order has been cancelled and fully refunded, please confirm in your paypal account later.

    @andregio you will also get answer for your ticket. and the process of the ticket is not
    synchronously with the process of shipment. Anyway, our staff will help you in the ticket.

    I cancelled order 120125001048735757. But a few hours later I send a ticket asking to reactivate the order. More than a month ago now.

    Is it possible to reactivate the order?

    @cibor2 your order was cancelled and fully refunded. Please confirm in your paypal account. Sorry for holding your order for a long time.

    @hoodbsa1 your order status shows that you opened dispute on this order and paypal takes time to verify this. If you want to refund the unshipped items, you can close the dispute and I will refund you. It will be quicker.

    @meosuo your order is also fully refunded, please check in your paypal account. And so does to yours @juananvila @dianemars @astar78
