    @AnReRa so this is the problem. Whenever you have problems on the transactions or on the shipment, opening dispute from paypal is not the best way. You can contact us and DX will give you the reasonable solution. As for your problem, would you please open a CSE ticket? Our customer service staff will help the track the package for you and if we confirm with the post that the package is lost, we will fully refund you.

    Hi Landygaga... I canceled the orders before, and are now in the following status:

    (of current
    shipment) On 2/28/2012:
    Shipped and Completed

    Never received an email informing me that the order was sent. I canceled this orders 4 weeks ago and was never credited the credit on PayPal. Never was refund.
    This order never was shipped, and never was completed and never was received.
    I need the money soon please.

    @Tycon both of your orders are exceed the time limit for refund. You'd better open a CSE ticket and our staff will refund you through other ways.
