    In order to solve these problems and deliver satisfactory answers, all the departments in DX have been sparing no effort in the recovery since the Chinese Spring Festival and more customer service staff has been put to the task of dealing with thousands of emails in the meantime. More effective measures have been taken to ensure the on-time delivery and most of the delayed orders are already on the way to their destination. Most importantly, the contribution of the upgraded system to the whole order processing is taking effect.
