Can I plug in my phone to the USB to charge or this something else?

This is a rechargeable NiHM AA that can be charged as normal or also plugged into a USB socket to charge.

no,you can't connect 1 battery directly to your phone to charge it this way,but you can use external chargers that use batteries.
I highly recommenc SKU93628 or SKU15048 (same item but without cable),I use this in combination with 4x AA usb rechargeable batteries and it works great.

If you only want to use 1xAA you can use a charger like SKU2880 but I have no experience with this,and I don't recommend only 1xAA battery for a good charge.

EDIT: to answer your question,what this does,when the battery is empty,youc an recharge it using a usb port instead of a special battery charger

Oh ok thanks for the clarification guys. Never seen a NIMH battery with built in USB charger before. I thought this was some fancy emergency charger for your phone.

Of course I don't intend to ever charge my phone with a single NiMH battery and that too with a 1450mah one. That would be foolish. I was just curious that's all. I have already built my own portable emergency charger using the sku.15048 holder.
