afaik you need usb 3.0 cart reader to get uhs-i speed (of course if this is genuine san disk uhs-i card). and i think those are normal results for 10 class card

That's a very good 4K result. Sequential Read/Write are within Class 10 spec.

Actually the lower the class, the better the card is at access times but the compromise is slower sequential reads and writes which higer class cards are good at. This is about balance, meaning if you work less with large files and more apps person, then get Class between 4-6 but if you use your devcie's camera often, then getting at least Class 6 card would be better.

I did test this card using sku.25558 as the card reader:
