There is a major problem with the DX Black Friday Gift Cards.

I have received two e-mails too, and both describes that I am a winner with my two orders.
The problem is that the link which should redirect me to my gift card DOES NOT WORK!

And there is NO TOKEN!

So the automatic gift card sending system is faulty and not working. DX should forward this problem to the technical staff to fix this ASAP.
I don't know if it happens only with me or others too.
I wrote here too, because LiveChat and CSE staff can not understand the problem, and I do not want to lose my drawn gift cards.
Please help me.

That's not the only problem with this promotion, but by the sounds of it, perhaps a rather large one lol.

Though have you considered that the token is not visible on purpose and that the token/identifier might in fact be part of the encrypted tracking ID part of the link?

The stated rules (what little there is of them) state
"All gift cards will be activated beginning at 00:00 o'clock on Nov.23rd 2012 and ending at 00:00 o'clock on Nov. 24th 2012"

So maybe the link only works during that specified time?

DX have confirmed that we have only 24 hours to use these gift cards.

Maybe someone can confirm for you though regarding the seemingly missing token.

I don't think it only works in that specified time, because the token parameter of the url is epty. The tracking url is only for statistics, and redirects to here: http://dx.com/blackfriday?token=

Anyway, if someone won a gift card and able to open the url (without any error message), please confirm me that this is not the correct functioning when getting an empty page with "Invalid request." message.

Anyone else with the same problem?

Finally, DX CSE provided a solution, they have sent me the working URLs.
I hope this problem will not happen more times...
