Hi, Mine turns itself off erratically. Sometimes it comes back on if I knock it. Is there some heat dissipation &/or loose connection issue here? Any ideas on how to solve this problem? Regards.

You'll need to open it up and check to see if there is anything loose, that's all its likely to be.

In most of it bad contact between head (with lens) and case with battery. Try to turn it better.
