Item dont received after weeks

    Basically the fact is that I purchased an item and paid properly. After more than eight weeks the status is the following:
    - Order appears as completed!
    - The only open ticket (it's not possible open more) about that order is WaitingForCustomer, despite I've answered one day after every question (in worst cases)
    - It seems that only one chat time is allowed (no matter the timetable)
    - The local number to call DX doesnt work (in the timetable of HongKong)
    - No feedback about what DX is doing or plan to deliver or an alternative solution.

    It's more than frustrating, it's really disgusting.

    There were huge delays at China post which are now hopefully starting to clear up ~ http://club.dx.com/forums/forums.dx/threadid.1229918, and now the Christmas rush is on too.
    DX are getting some packages sent back and then they're resending them again, meaning the waiting time is even longer.
    Everyone will get their package, its just taking a few months unfortunately.

    In system appears 9/7/2012 9:25:25 PM, but they said Sept 8th. It could be due to different time zones. Anyway, we are talking about the week 36, to the week 47.

    Thanks for your words prowling. If the order number is the reference to track the package, it appears as not found in the link you provide. I only have that numbre and the refernce for the open ticket.
    So, things would be worse that I thoguht even.

    order number ≠ tracking number
    You only receive a tracking number when your order is over 15$ or if you paid an additional 1,70$
    You can find it in your order details under shipments
    unhappy and grumpy about DX

    Finally I've got the item. The time to delivery, 12 weeks, seems to me huge. But the worse part is the low level of response to the status when I've requested.

    Glad to hear that. I can understand that before you receive it you worry and uncertain about further actions, but after a long period of waiting(which is indeed too long) you're just happy it all got resolved(package wise,customer satisfaction about the customer service,that's a different thing)

    Longest package for me currently is 11 weeks(got you beat...at least,if it arrives) and yesterday I received one that took 47 days(nearly 7 weeks,so getting close to your 8 weeks)
