It says

Which seems to imply that any order will win a discount coupon as a certainty.

Though there is also a wheel, which isn't active just yet and says it will start in about 72 hours - to match the stated Dec 12 date - but seems to imply a raffle/lottery. A chance to win a discount coupon, not a certainty.

It can't be both.

I recall a similar confusion for some customers with the recent Black Friday promotion. Might save a lot of anger/annoyance if it is spelled out beforehand to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding.

The top 5 customers with orders of the highest total value will be rewarded two chances to get a free sample;
What do they mean with Sample? Too bad,it's for the big spenders only,means this is a contest I won't win :p (and I've alread spent my budget for DX purchases this month)

We can fairly assume those top 5 spenders will be automaticly above 500$(assuming highest total number and highest total value means the same),so they'll get a coupon for 30$ and 50$?

3. The $30 coupon can be used for orders valued $100 or above (postage excluded);
Well that's like Black Friday,but at least now they're honest by not calling it a gift card.

Still says that every single order (so long as it is placed during the promotion period and is of a high enough value) will be given a coupon, when I think you mean, as with the previous Black Friday promotion, that each order will have a chance to win a coupon, by spinning the wheel (else there's no need for the wheel).
Though I now realise that I don't really care.

Never mind. I just worked out that the wheel is for new subscriptions to the newsletter and totally separate from the rest.

So every order will indeed get a coupon.

Yup,luckily I wasn't subscribed to VR yet,got a 10$ coupon,but am I correct that there'sno specific minimal purchase? I can buy an item of for example 10.35$ and only pay 0.35$?
OR do I have to order at least 20$ from which I receive a reduction of 10$?

EDIT,yes,I'm getting a direct recution,12$ item becomes 2$
But I can't use my points in conjunction with VR points even tough they're a completely separate field :( I still have 740 VR pints(=74$) to spend :(
