New Year’s Day holiday schedule

Dear all,

The holiday schedule for New Year’s Day (2013-01-01) is arranged as below:

DX fulfillment will take two days off (December 31th, 2012 to January 1st, 2013), while customer service dept. will work as usual at a reduced capacity throughout the holiday

The post services are typically delayed during the holiday. Please expect a bit longer for your package to be updated on the website during the holiday.

But thank you to keep CS employees available for emergencies.

On STRIKE until threadid.1302005 is resolved
To mods: I'll probably be less friendly towards other customers during
