Thread Closed 50% OFF failure

    Tried many times right after the beginning of this deal...

    All the times I got a SERVER ERROR, but when I tried to use any other coupon besides BIGRUSH25TH it would load the page. If I tried to checkout it would lead to a SERVER ERROR again... then I tried to checkout once with 100 dollars worth of items, but did not follow through, because I was just checking to see if the promo was working.

    Then finally I tried again and a NOTICE appeared, saying that the coupon had been used 200 times already :(

    Keep on trying. Just got it to work. 100$ usd became 50.01$ USD BEST BUY EVERRR!!!

    This is very unclear.

    I waited until 20:00 UTC but on the page it doesn't show if it has started, so now i don't know if 20:00 UTC is what i think it is.

    And during checkout the coupon code doesn't work, so what is the problem here?

    Why is everything so vague?

    I have the exact same experience with bigrush26th!
    On the exact moment the coupon became valid, I got 500 internal server error only when I tried to open the checkout page or when I tried to apply the valid coupon on the checkout page. Other pages were loading ok.
    After couple minutes later, the checkout page loading normally again but it said that the coupon had been used 200 times :(
    Why 500 internal server error?

    I'm from Mexico and I got 50% off.
    I also got a lot of 500 errors. I think its just a matter of luck.

    Good for you Kernelll your network provider in Mexico must have less people flooding the network than in the US. I couldn't even get the 500 server error page to load without it taking 1 minute+

    You do realize DX has hundreds of thousands of customers don't you?!
    As Kernell said, for something like this, its just a matter of pure luck.
    If it bothers you that much, just don't try and get the discount, just pay full price instead.

    I rather think dx should refound all orders that take longer then 2 month shipping no matter if its received or not.
    That would be a much better promotion and keep customers happy.
    If China post is that slow, DX should not use it, else DX refound such orders.
    Getting more ppl gets more buissnes but also more problems.
    Im actually really pissed that 75% of my orders take 2-3 months before they arrive.
