    You guys probably get great discounts on the items or/and aren't allowed to participate in the coupon deal, so I'm not sure your comments are valid.

    Yes DX has thousands of customers.
    Yes DX's servers can not support thousands of customers.
    No Its Not "LUCK". It's a matter of TCP/IP superiority.
    Yes DX has wasted my time through a promotion deal, and any business that directly or indirectly wastes it's customers time is a bad business.

    just to clarify:
    - mods do NOT get discounts on store items
    - mods can participate in any DX promotion, DX deals, etc etc (we are customers as YOU are)
    - mods comments are as valid as any others here (because we are customers too)
    mods have enough experience here to tell when a promotion will run into trouble because DX servers cannot handle +10K or +100K unique visitors at the same time

    Please HELP!
    I was able to apply the coupon BIGRUSH29TH but when I go to checkout I have to pay $99.99!
    The contents of my cart are exactly 100.00.
    When the coupon got applied, the amount changed to 50.01 but when I proceed to paypal (I had to try several times to get there) I'm asked to confirm a payment of $99.99?

    I've opend the cart in another tab and tried to apply the coupon again. And I got this message:
    Your coupon code has already been successfully used for this round, thank you for your participation.

    What's wrong?

    I experienced the same problem today (30/12) as the one described in the previous post. I am still waiting for a reply from the Customer Service. Let us see how much Dealextreme respects its customers..

    Laughed my ass off for real.
    I had a problem too with my order a while back, it never arrived.
    However emailing them solved my issue after a while, they sent the same product to me which was nice, i had to pay the postal though. Anyhow it was my own fault because i gave them the wrong address.

    Now lets get back on-topic:
    I'm pretty sure everyone encountered error 500 enough times. There are some lucky ones though that do win i guess.
    Tried it like 3 days now without succeed. Tried it for like 40 minutes or more each time. Oh and i used multiple tabs, around 20 tabs with the same page & coupon code already filled in. Im using a LAN cable too and my internet speed is pretty fast. Still didnt make a chance, kinda sucks. This kind of events will make more people get disappointed instead of happy (Just like me).
