The update of DX Help Center Page

    The descriptions on tickets might need an update

    Order delay is used for both I haven’t received my package 14 business days after shipment. and My order hasn’t shipped 7 business days after payment.
    And on https://cs.dx.com/Ticket/Order for 7.Haven’t received packages after 20 days waiting. - Shipped orders only

    Is it 14 business days or 20 (business) days?
    It is better to change both to 20 days because 3 weeks in transit is still very normal, and people don't seem to understand. And for unshipped orders 7-10 days should be normal.

    What is DX’s satisfaction guarantee?

    The link for DXoutlet doesn't work for me,and shouldn't madeinchina.com be in that list too?

    On page 1 you have How do I contact DX? (page only to contact DX by phone,but a very nice layout! very good)
    And on page 2 you have How do I contact DX? (page with telephone numbers+CSE)

    How do I use Store Credit?

    How do I combine orders?
    The link inside the FAQ directs to an old ticket.

    What is Store Credit?
    This only talks about Paypal, but not everyone paid through Paypal.
    Please include a link there too for How do I use Store Credit?

    What are coupons?
    If you have problems using your coupon codes, please contact us here.
    It would help if here was a link

    Does DX price match?
    The link at the end("here") shoudl direct to https://my.dx.com/Product/PriceMatches
    But really, Price Match in unreliable, mine are completely being ignored and I've received quite a lot of wrong information on this from staff. I have pending price matches for months,and pending=not even looked at.
    I have a pending price match for SKU162851(but that SKU was removed from the site!) since oktober 29th 2012. and I expect it to stay there for years!

    I bought a phone the day 22/01/2013 with the order number 130123001092972594 on page says that the order has been shipped 28/01/2013 until this day I have not received anything. I live in israel and the number on the website has not been correct a missing digit.
    agradeceria inform me what happened to my order which I have already paid thanks

    It nomally takes about 2-5 weeks to deliver,but it was delayed by Chinese New Year.Hope you wait patiently.

    hola pague mi pedido nunca llego, lo cambie por otro y me lo cobraron de vuelta y no recibí, nada lo di e baja y no me devolvieron ni un peso de la tarjeta de crédito.
