Thread Closed Regarding the mini android 4.0 Media Player–sku145864 you have purchased

    Dear valuable customers,

    Recently, we offered a special promotion price on one of our popular items: the mini android 4.0 Media Player – SKU# 145864. The manufacturer made these products available at a discounted price in order to clear stock for the coming New Year.

    Unfortunately, after receiving the most recent batch of media players, it came to our attention before shipment that some of these media players have a quality issue that may affect performance. At that time we also discovered that the manufacturer supplied us with a discrepancy in information regarding the processor frequency. In order to test the processors we used our Android benchmark tool from our QC team and it turned out that some of these products may have shipped with a 1 GHZ processor instead of the 1.5 GHZ that we listed under our specifications.

    Having known this fact, we tried to find an alternative source but no comparable units were available. We also attempted to have another batch of media players manufactured to the proper specifications but this would have required factory re-tooling that was not feasible in a reasonable amount of time.

    Although some of these units that were purchased earlier may not have a performance issue, we have no way to be sure of this. Therefore, we have two options to resolve this issue:

    1. Full refund will be issued on this item for anyone who ordered the product regardless of shipment date. We will contact you directly to follow up on this and you may keep the media player.

    2. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, it will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund and a $5 USD coupon code to use toward the purchase of a related Android HD media player here


    We greatly apologize for trouble this has brought to you and we are working hard with our manufacturer to solve the problem and create protocols to see that it doesn’t happen again.

    Lucky for those customers who brought this media player without the need of sending it back and get a full refund.

    I also brought a tablet with the wrong specification and I was told to send it back and get a full refund.

    Can I also keep the tablet and get a full refund?

    1) All the device doesn't work? I undertand correctly?
    2) How could i have the ticket of 5$ for another Google TV?

    Please, do not cancel my order.

    Send me the item even If have stability problems or 1GHz clock speed instead 1.5GHz.
    I will take responsibility of the item quality and lose the right to open RMA.
