English firmware

    Hello @all,@jegonalsa,@Ronei:
    We have just received the English firmware of 167998. Here's the link.
    We do not recommend you to upgrade the firmware if your router works fine.
    And this firmware is provide by the supplier and DX is not responsible for any consequences of the upgrade.

    Please don’t turn off the power while updating and please update by wireless connection.
    1.Turn off the firewall.
    2. Run TFTPSRV.EXE and do not close the software until the upgrade is successful.(administrator privileges)
    3. Reset the router. And Your PC IP address must be Gateway:
    Logo with username: admin password: admin.
    4.Click “version upgrades” and fill in information according the first picture of the Help manual.

    Please do not upgrade the firmware if your router works fine.

    Same here. The IP is fixed to
    I did set the IP to custom in Network settings and also set the wireless card with static IP
    (the rest was the same as in Help Manual).

    I copied firmware folder to drive D and run the exe with administrator rights.
    I opened Internet Explorer and inserted this address with username and pass "admin".
    I followed the rest of the steps as in Help Manual and waited a few seconds.
    In the window where the exe file was opened there was some text and after it stopped (about 2 minutes) I closed the router.
    Then I powered on and connected to it again and now my menu is all in English. :)
    I hope it works for you guys too.
