I just made an order for $14.80 USD, and the (single) paypal order says $15.18 CAD. But my credit card website reads $30... Im assuming DX can do nothing about this error? How can I resolve this with paypal?

Have you tried to open a Ticket and explain the situation to DX Staff?

We have only charged you once for order 130201-0010-87852963. The transaction ID is 4A272116DU0260030.
Is there any other transaction ID?
If not,Please open a ticket on https://cs.dx.com/Ticket/Check/Payment.Double and upload the paypal payment confirmation letter.
