I would Like to know if:
- Can work both with GSM and GPRS at the same time?
- Which software can I use to track? Does it came with the product? Is it free for use?
- Is there any compatible mobile app?
- Is there any ID, so I can "google it" and get more info about it?

If I understand it correctly it uses GSM to communicate the data to the base station, not to work out its position.

On 24 August 2011 it was stated the IT department was going to be asked
why the affiliate scheme stopped working. Still waiting.

Actually, the question was if they can work at the same time, because I saw in other models that you can switch to one OR another, not both modes at the same time.

That's beginning to sound like the Heisenberg uncertainty principle, where you can know the momentum of an electron or its position, but not both (with maximum accuracy) at the same time. Sorry, I don't know. (Edit - I'm uncertain of the exact answer.)
