How to apply store credit

    The ticket was opened on 9/18/2009.

    Can I hope for a refund or credit?

    I made a payment with my paypal account and then made a Store Credit Use Request by filling the form. My Store Credit is of a total store credit $181.97 and I made a new order paying with paypal of $183.58.
    I want to use all of my store credit, that is $181.97 but this request Status: Request has been received - waiting for processing.

    Paypal allready notified me that they made payment to DX,
    so, whats keeping DX so long to refund my money to paypal??

    Any Help With this??

    let me also to suggest:

    best solution is to add on the Cart page (beside PayPal button) another button with : "use store credit(if available)". and then the total amount will be recalculated in the same way as "Bulk rate" or "Coupon".
    In this way the money will be used immediately. no need to "walk" them to PayPal then again on your Card and then to PayPal and after to DX for another order.
    For DX Marketing/management Depatment: who wants to buy again from you will buy, who don't, don't. Or will buy for the exact amount of Store Credit and finish.

    Same thing that PbGamersStore, I had $12,5 in store credit, and made a new order for $12,04. I filled the Store Credit form with the new order, and still haven't got any response.

    I received today this email:

    Kindly inform the refund $181.97 from Order # ******** via new order ******** will be issued to you within 5 to 7 working days (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong).

    You will receive a confirmation e-mail directly from PayPal when it has arrived at your account, so you can go to check your PayPal account frequently later.

    We look forward to serving you in the near future and please feel free contact us again if you have any other questions.
