How to apply store credit

    I submitted the store credit 7 days ago and i did not receive any refund on the new order. Is this normal?

    It´s not common, but these days DX staff have many tickets to reply. Responses may take 7 **working** days.

    ok, but not yet received any order number for payment or balance on my account. when buying something, as evidence that I am entitled to claim for reimbursement?
    I just had to reply by email.

    Is it possible to apply store credit to multiple orders?

    FX:

    Order Number that your credit is assocaited with:

    0306xxx

    Order Number to apply this credit against:

    04101xxx, 0503Xxxx, 0412Lxxx

    My supporter frank doesn´t want to give a refund of my store credit in my new orders.

    He is forcing me to create a new order and then he will add the items.

    I never had this kind of problem before with any supporter.This guy is giving me a hard time to recover my 37 usd in STORE CREDIT.

    I´m going to do it his way.

    What can i do if he keeps doing this?

    I can post the hole chat log here if necessary.

    1) You make an order on our website and fulfill the payment.
    2) You contact us and tell us the new order ID and the old order ID where your store credits were coming. Meanwhile you may tell us which items that you would like us to add to the new order.
    3) We will add the items for free and arrange the shipment for you.
    And if necessary we can also refund you the amount of your credits in the new order.
    You may contact us if you have any further questions.

    Wilson, As far as I know, you cannot apply a store credit to 3 different orders. that´s only possible to 1 new order. In your case, you have to place an order +$37.31 worth and ask for refund using your store credit.

    How much did you pay for your new order?
