How to apply store credit

    How long should a store credit refund take? On August 23rd I got an e-mail telling me "The refunds will issued to you within 1-8 working days time(Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong). You will receive a confirmation e-mail directly from PayPal when it has arrived at your account." It has been more than 8 working days, and I still do not have my refund.

    My problem is that CSE response is slow.
    So slow in fact that before they reply, the order I would like to pay for with my store credit is already shipped! And thus they report back that since it is shipped, store credit cannot be used.

    DX shipping items too fast, thats a new one...

    dreamlayers, open a ticket and ask DX staff to refund your money ASAP.

    Ticket replies can take up to 3 **working days**, don't close your ticket.

    @Danny001, the best way to apply your store credits is by placing an order (more expensive than your credits) and then ask to get your "store credits" refund via Paypal.

    LAL, thanks for the suggestion. I opened a ticket, got my refund early on Sunday night. When this happened, I got e-mails from DealExtreme and PayPal.

    One problem remains: the refund took 1 DX point. This is apparently a known bug:

    It is not necessary to do all that bureaucratic procedures for a point. I tip you 1 dx point, it's easier.

    I was refunded $58.05 in store credit for order 1004K1QX. I placed order 1124ZX3K and used the online form to add items, which ware $57.71. My items were not added! :( I hope you can help me redeem my store credit.

    My store credit items were added to my order een though had shipped. Some people have said it was not possible to have items added to an order that had been shipped, but for me they were able to add them.

    Hi waitting for a store credit to be refunded to my paypal account but still waitting for someone to look at my ticket only have a few weeks left until the deadline for paypal refund is up Reference Number: B162313DFF545CE7 Could someone be able to get someone to look at it before it is to late
