Please add these items with my DX Points (help!)

    I already opened a ticket, but last three times the order was sent without the points being used, I lost it.

    So I'm calling for help here at the forum too...

    My order: 130409001055263797

    Please add these items with my DX Points:

    NO! I don't know why DX screwed up the site so badly.

    I did that. Like I said, I already opened the ticket (5534CBACAE7149BBB7563644A8D0A5EB).

    The problem is that the last three times I did that (buy something/create order, opened the ticket, asked to add the products using my points) the order was sent without the points products.

    That's why I'm here asking for help.

    If you added the items right after you created the order, it should have worked. One of the forum regulars said he just kept insisting they ship the items, and I think they did.

    If your order wasn't shipped when you tried to add the items, you can try to explain. Maybe they will ship them. If not, I have no other suggestions. Sorry.

    Those items aren't on the list of redeem DX points, so a customer can't add them himself, but has to ask through a ticket(I think, haven't done it myself yet), and I understand the issue to have orders shipped before tickets are handled.

    Just keep insisting and the staffmember handling the ticket will add them and change your full shipped order into a partially shipped order. Because the customer did his action as fast as he could, but if DX ships before the ticket is handled, the customer should remain satisfied.

    IF(and we're not at that point yet) your order gets shipped before your ticket is answered, keep replying to that ticket that you've asked to add the items to your order, that you wish to use your earned points and that DX doesn't "give you the chance" while you're not planning to make another order in the foreseeable future. (but ofcourse, do try to stay friendly :p)

    That's all I can say I guess

    Saulo, you can still try that, contact livechat to do it, as soon as they did it, you can close the ticket :)
