    I don't have(don't want) and iPhone, I don't have(also don't want) a car...at this moment nothing for me at DX deals.
    Yes, I know I'll get the reply to keep checking, because there'll be many more deals in the future which'll surely suit to my needs. I'm aware of that.

    What if we have additional questions about a product?
    Or what if we find an error in the description?
    Since there's no product page on DX.com,there's no way to report the error or state that there's information lacking.

    And honestly, if we find an error in the description(and yes, it happens very often), you can't allow people to buy an item with a faulty description without correcting it, right?

    We are responsible for both VR and DX deals.
    Considering DX deals system is not as mature as DX system, please contact us by ticket system or skype(dxdeals) once you find some errors about the product. We will check and solve the issue soon.

    Also DX Deals will try to find more types of products next time.

    Thanks for your reply. But as you and every other ever person not in charge of CSS should know there is NO ticket for description errors/product information. This error is made too often.

    Also by not reporting it the official way, but on skype. That error would alsot be elligible for fault finders.
    I dont report errors in order to be rewarded, but it's nice to have proof of your accomplishments.

    But hey, if i do find an error, no worries. I'll let it know by skype, but in return i expect a competent and knowledgeable reply from the person of the dxdeals team.

    EDIT, okay,there is indeed a ticket, but you can't reach that ticket by DX CSS, only by deals.DX.com http://services.dx.com/forms/dxoffers.aspx
    BUT I do not like seeing that ticket, old dealextreme.com layout, not new dx.com layout. also ['i]You may use this page to request for the information regarding your orders from offers.dealextreme.com[/i]'

    I made a test ticket, with gibberish(not a real ticket, close it please), not sure how it's displayed at your end, but I cannot see it in my own tickets. And since I can't see it, I can't cancel my own ticket.
    So an update tot he ticket system is required. I cannot se the ticket through the dx.com site, nor through the link provided at the deals ticket to see previous requests.

    Hmm,added 'dxdeals' to skype, behind 'dxdeals' it seems to be a certain 'Libby Lee', Tried to send a contact request, the button for it dissappears, and a short time later, it re-appears, seems like my contactrequest to add her got rejected...thrice?
    OR I'm just not comprehending Skype well.

    3 days have past, not accepted on skype by 'dxdeals' aka Libby Lee, No response from Hines, and I'm refusing to @ again.
    After 3 businessdays I can fairly assume I got rejected from adding 'dxdeals' which is rather fair customer service if you get told that's one of the ways to contact DXDeals directly. Nor will I try to request again.
    Assuming the positive thought that Libby is on vacation or so, she can still accept in possibly a week, but if I've been ignored and rejected, I'm not giving the oppurtunity to rectify that by sending in my personal details again so they can add me.
