Drives me nuts when they forget the discount!

    He we go again. This item: http://deals.dx.com/team.php?id=3070

    Says the discounted offer price is $3.52 and you add it to the cart and... it's goes in the car at the regular price of $4.70

    Live chat is helpless when this happens. They say to open a DX Offers ticket. Ok. You do that and someone gets back to you two to three weeks after the item is long sold out with "Oh, we screwed up and forgot to adjust the item to the discounted price. Sorry."

    I can't believe 553 people have bought this item at full retail price (so far) and no one noticed they are paying full price for it? I also can't believe there isn't some FAST way to fix this other than waiting weeks for a reply to a ticket, at which point the item is long sold out so the reply is pointless.

    Well, thanks and all that. But now that the item is sold out it doesn't really matter. (((mad)))

    Why does it take WEEKS to get a price screw up in DX Offers addressed when the item usually sells out in DAYS. I'm not about to buy it at the wrong price and then see if I can get a refund on the difference weeks later, if/when DXOffers ever gets around to replying to a ticket about a price problem. (((mad))) That department takes forever to reply to anything.

    SKU239329 is not sold out on DX.com, the promotion(the faulty discount) was stopped on DX Deals.
    So you can order it at full price currently.
    Maybe DX Deals will(after fixing it, and hopefully refunding the others) relaunch it in DX deals so others who might've cancelled(or not checked out) their order because oft he same reasons.

    Did you buy it or did you back out too?
    If you didn't buy it, but still want it at the DX Deals promotional price, maybe one of our most beloved staffmembers can add it to your order at the correct price, obviously at your request if you still want it.

    I didn't buy it at the WRONG price.

    The last time this happened on some 18650 batteries, it took over three weeks to get a response to a ticket. And all they had to say was "Sorry. We forgot to change the price. Perhaps the item will be offered again?" No offer was made to get the item at what should have been the real DXOffers price in the ticket reply so I doubt the response would be any better this time around. And no - the batteries never showed up as a DXOffers item again.

    Sorry about it.
    Because our system automatically updated last week, and it just conflicts with our promotion, and then leads to this problem.
    We are working on this issue and the solution will be provided as soon as possible.

    DX Deals will refund $1.18 to those customers who bought this SKU at $4.7 as soon as possible.
