    I always seem to get this email after I place an order.

    Additional payment required to complete your DX Order

    I never respond to it .

    Does anyone else get this??

    sorry but the status of your new order 140102******1857 is PaymentConfirmed,there is no need to pay any extra for this order now.

    It's "normal"
    The order system spots when an order is unpaid, but ALL orders are unpaid right after being created(or after partially applying Store Credit), the system is just too quick sending that e-mail.
    unhappy and grumpy about DX
