Error in shopping cart

  • Juniperus Sunday, January 5, 2014 5:28 PM Reply
Every time when I log in to my account, shopping cart shows this: https://newcart.dx.com/cart/addmany?skus=228900-1,246730-1,250510-1,258566-1,261759-1,262188-1,265709-1,269102-1,281821-1,0-1,
Already paid and send , but the shopping cart claims that they are in shopping cart.

LOL I clicked on your link and all your items were in my cart, plus 1 item from my cart that I've been removing for about 2 weeks now.

I wonder if you now have a flashlight in your cart?
NO! I don't know why DX screwed up the site so badly.
    Ask them.

    dude, this link
    https://newcart.dx.com/cart/addmany?skus=228900-1,246730-1,250510-1,258566-1,261759-1,262188-1,265709-1,269102-1,281821-1,0-1,
itself means to add 228900x1, 246730x1... to your shoppingcart.
Did you add it to your favorite list? then each time you click it, it will add those items to your shopping cart.
to access your shopping cart, your can directly access

yeah, the link when entering to sopping cart is automatically the long one for some reason . I have not used " add to favourites" option at all.

As you may have noticed, We migrated from old shopping cart to a new one. As far as I know, after the migration the first time you access the old cart, it will redirect you to the new one, with the above long link. But it's supposed to be a one time thing. After that there will be a cookie in your browser which prevent the migration from happening again.
Thus, unless your browser denies to accept this cookie, this behavior is not supposed to happen. Do you have security software or some browser plugins which might have done this?

Problem is that when entering to site, loggin in and *bam* 10 items in shoppingcart. I don´t restore cookies after leaving DX site. Now when I log in ,I go to shoppincart and delete 10 items and after that browsing site.
In the old shopping cart was no problem at all.

    Hi Juniperus,
What do you mean by "I don't restore cookies after leaving DX site". if you clean cookies every time, that would be the reason why the issue happens. But don't worry this will be resolved this week.

It means that when logging out I also clear cookies/cache /flash cookies . I don´t need them when surfing around internet.
Thank you that the issue is taken seriously .
