    Hello DX,
    this is my order nymber 131118001079590509 and this is the tracking ID RB656690974CN .
    When I check where it is is says:

    I have a similar problem. My order still stuck on location 20110600.
    I open a ticket on 1/16/2014, but still no answer.
    Is there an explanation of this delay?

    You are not alone :)) ... 2 month we waiting our orders with delivery to Bulgaria. They are on the same location 20110600. Today we understand that one order is lost but DX replace goods ... and we still waiting for information of
    other order No 131214001051720716. We send a ticket but there is no any answer.

    When you again well my order sitting there for more than three months and I am very angry. See opened and closed then what nothing it sits there waiting for sending what (my mother?).
    I am very disappointed dx.com.

    При тебе пак добре , моята поръчка се седи там повече от три месеца и много съм ядосан . Вижда се отворилия затворили и после какво нищо , пак седи там за изпращане какво чакат (майка ми ?).
    Много съм разочарован от dx.com .

    Same problem - items paid on 4.12.2013, ticket opened on 31.1.2014 - still "waitforstaff" and no answer... Tracking shows status Dispatching on location 20110600. Very disappointing:-(
