Disappointment from dx.com

    I made a payment on October 20, 2013, my shipment has not arrived yet.
    It was a Christmas present for my son ...

    I opened a ticket, but I only get useless answers and requests to wait more and more and more.
    People be careful!
    That was my last orders from this website.

    Sorry but the package has been reshipped with the new tracking number RB273672317CN.
    Please wait anther 1 week for this package,and please just reply the ticket about 1 week later,we will give you a solution soon,Please understand that we have to track it via the post office.

    2. OK. I will wait one more week, but what is your solution IF it not came till 15.02???

    3.I have repalyed 5 times and nothing. Your ticket system is fully unusable!!! In Every message the Same stupied words, wait more one week, wait more, more..... NO REAL SOLUTIONS. Seee here:

    It was resent with the same tracking number and says "The 2013-12-15 00:00, export total package seal each dispatching of Shanghai international, Bulgaria", You can track it on http://www.17track.net/index_en.shtml
    It usually takes about 14 to 21 working days for delivery(i.e. Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong and in your country)though sometimes this could be much longer than expected.

    Problem is, when Chiense customs refuses a package, it gets returned to DX, they reship it with a different tracking number, they do not communicate with the customer about the change in tracking number, they do not change the date of shipment(so it was sent after october 26th, probably a week or so later).
    Not even DX knows anymore which date exactly that package left their warehouse.

    This is something @Chelsea2003 wasn't lying about, but had she thought this through, I wouldn't have been doing her job just now.
