Wrong Item Quantity Shipped

    Dear Gentleman,

    Regarding order number 140108001048717989, I've bought 2 items of 117029 Cool Sports Cycling Helmet - White + Grey, however according to the email below only 1 item was shipped, could you please confirm if the 2 items where shipped or if it will be done separated?

    I'm look forward to an answer.

    The forum is the wrong place to ask Filipe. The forum is mostly for customers to help each other. The quickest way to contact DX is via LiveChat but you won't be able to speak to them until Monday morning Hong Kong time. If you ordered two units and paid for two, it is possible that they only had one in stock and the second will be shipped when it arrives from their suppliers.

    Check the details in: My Account > My Orders, (click on the Order number) > Shipments. If there is any error, leave a message and they should get back to you on Monday.

    You check the order details?(checking so avoids the need you have to contact DX through LiveChat as you'd already have your answer).
    Ordered quantity is 1, but is shipped quantitiy 2 or 1?
    If it's 1, they'll ship the other one in a couple of days.
    unhappy and grumpy about DX
