Not enough 'contact DX' options

    Chat often doesn't work. I, of course, don't wanna pick up the phone to a probably expensive number.
    So, what's left is creating a ticket for: order, after received, payment issue, or DX account. This is rather limited.
    This, while I have totally unrelated questions for DX.
    So my question for DX is: please add an option for contacting about other issues/questions.

    Chat works fine, but only during working hours.
    There are plenty options for answers using the tickets.
    Or, you can always use the forum if its some standard question that has been asked millions of times, as there are always other customers or sometimes staff willing to help.

    "Only during working hours": Exactly. Which will be about 9 hours? Which is only 37.5% a day. Don't forget; many people buy from outside of China :).
    BTW, you are working out of working hours now? Since if I click on LiveChat, I get this notice: "Sorry, we are unavailable at this moment. ". Still, I got respons from you :).

    "There are plenty options for answers using the tickets.": If I click on ticket, I see only 4 types of tickets: #1: questions about current orders. #2: Questions about received orders. #3: Payment issue. #4: Account issue.
    So, if that's plenty: where do questions about the website go? Where do requests about new products go? Where do general complaints go? Etcetera. As I see it, it is a rather limited ticket system. Personally, I think a ticket system for a big professional company should _always_ include an (easy findable) option for 'all other questions'. (Without the need to search on or post on a forum.) Well, at least, that's my opinion.
    But, maybe such an option exists, but I didn't find it?

Such are not the questions I look answers for.
    "...sometimes": This implies 'not always'. Of course, I'd like to have _always_ answer from DX :).

    Hence, I still stand by my request for more 'contact DX' options.

    First, Ill start by saying, Im just a customer like you, thats why you're getting a reply.
    Live Chat is 12hrs a day ~ threadid.732836 and Ive never had much issue with getting through. Obviously during busy times, it can take longer, but you do get through.

    The tickets are mainly for asking about your order, the forum, is where you leave Feedback/ask questions etc... there is a big list on the left where you can choose the category which suits.
    DX get enough random/pointless tickets, without having to answer questions which can easily be answered on the forum, either by asking or just reading the several sticky posts.

    I have questions/requests about the website and about (new) products, and I don't see an option for general complaints.

    I don't see any category which would suit.

    I have the same problem, where i have to post my question?

    But the question is - why have you changed the language of my newsletters? Before was is English, now I've got the last two in Russian. Theres no options in profile settings to change it back.
    I live in Estonia and The official language is Estonian, not Russian(If you changed it according to region).
    I do not speak Russian, and I prefer to receive the newsletter in English.

    Some types of questions are not suitable for all to see.
    Í opened this thread to ask for better ticket/feedback options from dx themselves. Feedback from forum users (other than posts in the forum of course :)) is not what I seek for some types of questions.

    That's understandable. All I can say is good luck with that. DX is in no hurry to fix broken features here, even after loads of complaints in the forums. So any hope of them adding a new ticket option because of one customer's request is HIGHLY unlikely. They may not even read this thread.

    It seems like your best bet is Live Chat. Again, good luck.
