Order not delivered/ dx.com support not responding

    I have ordered Item On 2013.09.25 and I have not jet received it yet.
    And Another item (tracking nr. RB660546470CN) on 2013.11.28 I have not jet received it yet.

    I submitted Ticket on 1/21/2014 but no one responded for two weeks now.
    I also tried calling them at 4PM their time, but phones are out of service.

    What should I do?

    This is not a bug. The reason you have not received any response to your ticket is this:

    It appears there was something like an 8 day backlog of tickets even before the holidays and that will no doubt have increased by now. There is nothing you can do at the moment but wait. Delivery from November through February is always slow and unreliable and seems to get worse each year.

    You don’t mention the date of the ticket for your first order but it certainly should have arrived by now. The correct procedure is to wait 20 days after SHIPMENT date, then notify DX if there has been no change in the tracking status. After they have checked, if the item is declared lost in transit, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement… Small consolation I know but you will only have lost time, not your money. I would not be too concerned about the other order yet but keep the ticket open until you receive it.
