Unanswered Tickets

    I don't know if the staff checking this forum to "help" people, but I wanted to post a forum message since nobody responds to my tickets. I had one ticket which I submitted on 1/19/2014 3:43:38 PM (UTC) and I closed the ticket in the hope of someone might answer if I start a new ticket. Because the ticket had been waiting for 20 days!

    Current ticket, which is the active one (Ticket number: 3E3D586018664C60AB001339A8BA1A5F) is still unanswered. Opened: 2/14/2014 6:58:13 PM (UTC)

    Here is my tracking number: RC335888355CN
    It arrived and then sent back because I was in holiday. I ordered some stuff on 29.11.2013 and it was shipped on 09.12.2013. I wasn't expecting that much of delay. I'm not blaming DX for this, but all I wanted is a reshipment of the returned package, or refund if possible. But they seem quite eager to keep BOTH the money and the products for themselves.

    The last date in the tracking system is from January 19. But today is February 22, it has been over a month.

    PS - I hate telling you how to do your job but sometimes there's no other way.
    Agreed, I got fed up with doing that, we often do twice the effort with twice the skill but with half as much "reward"
    unhappy and grumpy about DX

    So basically what I got is the following response:
    If you still didn't get the package after 4 days, please contact us again, we will follow us this issue for you.

    What a surprise, no package after 4 days. It must have been lost after 4 months...
